Don MacAdam, Chief Executive Officer, is a technology executive. He is the former president of CRS Robotics Corporation, a manufacturer of laboratory robotic systems, and former president and chief executive officer of Tm Bioscience Corporation, a manufacturer of biochips and developer of DNA technologies. Mr. MacAdam is the author of Spontaneous Regression: Cancer and the Immune System.

Ron Tattum, director, is an entrepreneur who has founded several medical and non-medical companies including, Aaron Eve Management, Inc., GMP Companies Inc., Jaguar Biosciences Inc and Dynamic Equity Partners, LLC. He has also founded and currently manages two hedge funds, the JT Performance Fund, LP and the JT Offshore Performance Fund, Ltd.  Mr. Tattum holds a Joint Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Laws from the Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business.

Ted Mayers, director, is the Chief Financial Officer of LionOre Mining International Ltd. Mr. Mayers is a chartered accountant with experience at a major audit firm, has a BSc. in biochemistry from McGill, and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario.

John Brooks, director, is a technology entrepreneur. Mr. Brooks is President and Chief Executive Officer of Hi-Pac Technologies Inc., Oakville, Ontario.

John Unsworth is president of Vasotech Corp, a medical devices company. A biotechnology entrepreneur, Mr. Unsworth was formerly president of BioFrost Inc. and Hypercube Inc., and was a founder and director of GlycoDesign Inc.
