Rob Lankin is a technology entrepreneur with 17

volume production of advanced control systems for Global 2000 corporations. Mr.
Lankin, M.Sc., P.Eng., is the inventor or co-inventor of a dozen patents.
Ezra Lwowski was formerly Head of Biotech &
Healthcare Investment Banking at Harris Partners, and Vice President & Director,
Senior Analyst, and Healthcare and Biotechnology Strategist at Orion Securities
(Yorkton). Dr. Lwowski holds an MBA in Finance and a PhD in Physiology.
Bruno Maruzzo is a technology consultant with over
20 years experience working with companies in the computer, electronics and
biotechnology fields as well as working in venture capital investing in
technology oriented companies. Mr. Maruzzo holds a BASc in Electrical
Engineering, an MASc in Biomedical Engineering and an MBA.
John Simard is a biotechnology entrepreneur. He was
the founder and Chief Executive Officer (1997-2002) of CTL ImmunoTherapies
Corporation and a co-founder of AlleCure Corporation, both of California. These
two companies were merged into MannKind Corporation that successfully completed
its IPO in July 2004 (NASDAQ “MNKD”). Previously, Mr. Simard was with the Amgen
Research Institute where he co-authored a textbook on immunology entitled
“Handbook of Immune Response Genes.”
John Sinton
is a technology entrepreneur. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer
Autobranch Technologies, a software company, has 20 years experience in creating
new ventures in electronics, software and medical technology. He was formerly
the Director of Engineering for the laboratory automation division of MDS Inc.
Mr. Sinton holds masters degrees in business and electrical engineering.
